Right but it takes you 10 fking years according to the other person. You are spending a lot more time, by the time you get the 3 inches you will be into your 50s where you will be start losing some of your height anyways.

I never said wanted to do it.

Anyway, just to let everyone know, as someone who is in the same community as the inventor of the LSJL. There is no way of making sure that he really gained anything up to this point. Otherwise, I would have done it already to gain 1" even if it will take 10 years without anyone asking me to do it.

And if he gained, it didn't take 10 years. The real story here is he suspected that he gained height accidentally while doing a particular version of LSJL in 2012 but didn't realize it until years later.
