Hello. I am 185cm tall and my sitting height is 88cm. Do you think I can lengthen up to 182 cm. So increase my size by 7 cm.

 My goal is to be normal when I go to the beach. I don't want to sound disproportionate. What do you think ?

175 cm tall*, look at my post on proportions, your stats are similar to mine.

Ask your surgeon for their pre operative assessment protocol if they are thorough then that should help you know
