Let's use this thread to figure out how many voices SysOp tried to silence. From looking at the old forum, it's difficult to figure how many people he banned because there's no "BANNED" under their username.
Did he give you an explanation as to why you were banned?

didn't even receive a warning which I believe is more a professional approach. I don't pose any threat to the forum in anyway. Been on that forum for more than a year and had a credibility of 9, so I wasn't a spammer or troll.
Anyone know what happened to that Chuck Norris guy? He always had that dilemma with his credibility changing and Sysop wouldn't properly deal with that matter.
I was BANNED in order to stay "silent". Wasn't given any warnings at all, henfe why I started spamming as to why I was banned. Before all the fiasco I was a member for about over a year, had like hundreds of posts and 14 or 15 credbility boosts, so definitely not a troll. It's funny how I see some members over there who are complete idiots like groove311, are still able to voice their idiotic opinions.
SysOP is really losing his mind. Yesterday he changed "7cmwithSarin"s nickname to "7cmwithbaddoctor", then he called him a "fking coward" today. In my entire life, it's the first time I see a forum moderator behaving so unprofessionally and guided with emotion. His behavior will hurt the forum in the long run, thus his profits as well. I don't understand why he doesn't see this.
I don't care about him promoting certain doctors, who he really is, or whether if he's making bucks out of LL. Honestly, I had similar "investment" thoughts such as building a local guesthouse and promoting a local doctor, but the fact is, I couldn't trust the local doctor, so I stayed away from it. If I won't risk my legs with him, I wouldn't want others to do so as well. (For privacy purposes, I will keep the doctor's name as a secret)
I never cared about Indian doctors, never even thought about going to India. So I became quickly tired of all the drama going on old forum . The whole Betz thing scared me though. I considered Dr. Betz as a serious alternative until this thing popped up. You know it's a free market, so I don't care if SysOP is getting a commission from promoting Dr. Betz or his nail, but many of the patient diaries stopped abruptly, and that was it for me. One of the Betz patients whose diary abruptly stopped refused to tell me his story, so I figured that he was under psychological stress that the doctor could find out who he was.

I wasn't officially banned. My account was boosted to Certified Member and my karma remained the same, but the sneaky guy changed my password and my e-mail so I can't log in, and when I try to retrieve a password it just goes to the one Sysop changed it to.

Yeah, I was online when he did that. I was going to vent my disgust at his profanity and insults, but I figured he'd just ban me. I wonder is the stress getting to him? I hope so.

I also have no problem with him making money with the Betz bone, it's whole thing about using us as crash dummies to test out the competence of a doctor's leg lengthening practice. If I was in his shoes, I'd try to make money too, but I would be sending patients to India just to make sure my Betz bone covered all areas of the market.

Wow, really? I was considering Betz for my femurs. I don't want to give SysOp any money, but it's the lure of being able to lengthen at home that I want. Time is money and I can't spend it in another country.

If you go to Dr. Betz, please make sure to use the 13 mm Betzbone nail. Many patients have had problems with the 11 mm nail, such as bent screws.

Crazy also got offended when someone on the forum mentioned India was unsafe for women to travel alone, probably didn't want his victims to be scared away. It's true, though, women are being attacked and raped a lot over there recently. Every few weeks I keep seeing news stories about women in India getting attacked and corrupt police doing nothing about it.
Captain America told me Dr. Sarin is a skilled surgeon, but have your reservations about conditions in India.
