Thanks ! I think maybe +9 or 10cm may be good too.

You seem to have long (maybe just thin?) Tibs so the 8cm femurs looks ok, but I have done 8cm femurs and I am a bit self-conscious now when nked (T/F ratio now 0.72), and I don't like wearing short shorts or boxers in public..this would be worse if I had lengthened the Femurs more.

I measured my tibias and femurs : tibias = 36cm and femurs = 40 cm. I'm not a doctor so maybe my my measurements are not perfect.
Now my tibia/femur ratio is 0.90 and after +8cm it will be 0.75.

Tibia lengthening would give you a superior look; but I'd still recommend the femur (easier rehab). Just being straight with you. If you're not a professional model I can't say I'd ever recommend tibia if femur was an option...

Update !

For the moment, I have to save a lot of money. I'm a student, I will work but it will take years... I live in Europe so maybe Betzinstitute is a good choice.
