Curious to know how you all feel about my proportions.

I unfortunately already have long legs for my height. So if I do this surgery I think I’d go for one segment and do 6-7cm.

Yeah man unfortunately you have really bad leg to torso proportions but I still would go for 6-7 cm in lengthening. The quality of life improvement from  being objectively taller definitely outweighs being a bit out of proportion which really by itself is not the biggest deal in the world.
