Looking good Movie, updates are awesome. Just a quick question: I noticed you still look quite fit... what are you doing in terms of exercise? are you able to do pushups, pull ups, crunches, etc.? I'm a gym junkie and go 6 days a week... wondering how I can maintain while doing LL.

Damn ok. I guess you really gotta sacrifice a bit to get those extra inches. Seems worth it as time flies!

What's up fellas haven't been recording much lately because life's just been kind of back to normal lately, just want to update before the next video
I've distracted 5.3 CM and it's been a roller coaster of pains since about 4CMs up to this point lol, I get numbing on my right leg's shin not on my left, left leg's quads are tighter and I get some pains right above the knee on the smaller quad muscle there and It's maybe a 6/10 pain I have to bend my knee for it to kind of stop and massage it with pain relieving cream... have been feeling the need for my tylenol pills more than I would have from I'd say 2.5 - 3.8 CMs ... but overall it's still very bareable, I've been going out more and more unassisted, I walk a little funny but it's ok I just take it as practice and try to concentrate on not walking like a penguin as much as I can... I don't really walk a lot when I'm out anyway, it's usually just for food. that's it guys looking forward to reading any comments questions or concerns, cheers.

Bro - been waiting for an update from you for a minute - glad it's here!

Regarding the pain - 4cm - 5.3cm is roughly 13 days, so effectively 2 weeks of feeling the problems you discussed.

When you think about it in terms of 2 weeks vs the rest of your life - is that what helps?

Also when you say normal - how are you occupying your time, I imagine all your friends and family have jobs so are you mainly chilling at home until they all finish their work for the day? (weekends excl obviously lol)

SimonFuller: Yeah exactly about 2 weeks of a build up, it started lightly as a 2/10 pain on the part right above my knee but last night dang... it hit probably 8/10 range I actually yelled in agony for some quick 2 seconds, so I can only assume it's going to get worse as I progress maybe until like 6CMs where people say problems start suddenly disappearing lol.

what helps what? me pushing through it? uhm no that's not exactly what i think about, I just think about it's part of the process, and I can tough it out, stopping hasn't crossed my mind at all.. until I achieve my goal that's when I'll stop.

I just do normal stuff everyone else would be doing at 23 recovering from an injury lol except I really don't have many responsibilities right now gladly, go for breakfast, go for lunch dinner with my girl, with friends, go watch soccer games, movies etc
