i don't understand why eventually everyone delete their videos, photos, etc.

it shouldn't be related about privacy, since no one can recognize you from walking videos, etc. weird to be honest.

it is due to privacy, recently CLL has become a lot more wide spread, when I did my surgery my doctor only had about 900 followers on instagram now he has over 60k ... sorry

Hello everybody wow I can't believe I've been away from the forum for the last 8 months, I guess life goes on post LL like everybody else says and you do forget you even had it at some point sometimes. It has been almost 10 months I believe since my rod removal and over 3 years since initial surgery, everything is great, no more unusual knee pain and hip pain after my rods were removed. I hope everybody is doing good and pushing through their LL journeys, reach out if you have any questions I'll get back as soon as I can!

and by the way yes I took down my video logs due to privacy, maybe later when I'm older and do not care about my privacy I'll release them again.

Hello I just read through this and I am very happy that everything worked out well for you. Congratulations.

I just wanted to ask, how often do you have to stretch nowadays? Will you have to stretch every once in a while for the rest of your life or does your muscles ever get fully adjusted to your new height without stretching?

Would you say you are 100% recovered?

Nice diary and you are so kind to reply all the questions one by one.

My question will be how is the difference after nail removal? I mean do you feel anything after the removal of the internal nail? Your athletic abilities are better or same?

Hello everybody, it has been a bit over 1.5 years since my nail removal, and almost 4 years in August 1st since initial surgery, and It's been quite the journey, my athletic ability seems be to fairly decent now because I've been training in the gym and going on jogs, I'm not quick but I can run 2 miles in about 17 minutes, last year during the summer I was feeling great but unfortunately injured my knee and well I've been battling with that since July of last year, It seems like I'll need surgery for an ACL tear that won't repair itself so easily ... so yeah other than that life is good!
