Everything is looking great, Movie.  The lingering tightness and pain is normal at 5 months.  In the coming months 6, 7, 8...and so on; these pains will likely go away completely based on the progress you have shown thus far.

I have to agree with the rest. you are one of the best if not the best recovery I have seen. are you like wolverine? I am still pacing my own recovery but you do serve as a profound inspiration. well played and congrats on your new path. things will never be the same again.

@Lucky1: Thanks bro I appreciate it, I'm glad my contribution to this forum helps you believe in yourself. God bless always 🙏🏼

Alright guys I took a while for this next update I'm just living life now and although I check the forum almost daily, I just like giving my 2 cents here and there on people's posts, I forget people want to know how I'm doing and and update from me so here it is:

also guys I know I didn't mention any negatives but so far it's still my knees get tight a bit, for instance: when I drive and get off the car I take like 10 seconds to warm up because I'll have some pain in my knees and also where my bottom nail screws are by where my knees are hopefully that'll improve with time or maybe it'll go away once I remove the rods. I sometimes get pain on my left leg by my bone break site I believe, not sure why but that's how it is.

Other than that, enjoy the update.

Nobody would suspect that you had the surgery...You did it bro!

Movie, you will soon be enshrined into the CLL Hall of Fame.  The Golden Styde Nails are yours.

Best recovery in CLL history.

Bro - this is unreal!!

So good to have got this far.

And you are a baller - kick ups with both feet after 2 broken legs - if you ever come to London I'll invite you to come to play football with my friends.
