Hi Movie,

I forget to answer your question regarding 90 degrees.  That sounds about right at the 9 days post op. That 90 degree mark will be where you hang out at for a while. All is looking good. I look forward to you next update.

Nah, you are fine. You'll be hovering around that 90-degree mark for a little while. You may find some initial improvement once surgery impact wears off and you are able to get back to serious stretching. The big Improvement will come around 12+ weeks or maybe sooner.  The key is to just manage it the best you can so it does not get to out of hand. Keep stretching and keep resistance on those legs and all will get better soon enough!

You're doing great, from my vantage point.

Wow, Excellent job Movie. I'm comparing what I'm seeing to my experience and you are ahead of my recovery progress by a good couple of weeks+.   Keep on with the positive attitude. Your legs are strong and you're well on your way!

All the Best,

IFS

Wow you look so much better than I did at that stage. I mean seriously wtf. I think you'll get the full 8cm no problem.
