Just wanted to say that if you want slimmer thighs, definitely go for internal femurs. Made my thighs so much leaner (were always beefy although i am slim). There are many other reasons to go for internal femurs btw (better gain, no ballerina, NO FRAMES). As a women I would never do ll at all though. The social and status benefits are just not worth it for females, unlesa you are really extremely short.

Quote from: Ascending on November 30, 2018, 11:06:48 AMSarah123, this is a really bad idea.  I can't believe what I'm reading.  I suggest you do everything possible to recover as quickly as possible and not be concerned about getting slimmer thighs.  This can be achieved after you recover by a combination of diet, aerobic exercise and weight training for toning (low weight/high reps).  You could get the results you want within 6 months if you know what you are doing.  But make sure your bones have completely consolidated first.

Thanks for this advice. I guess I was being stupid. I know I sound ridiculously naive at times. You’re right. Recovery is very important.
