It they get tired and stiff after like 10 minutes walking, especially the shin area. Anyone has the same problem and how you treated. I got my surgery done in korea. When i check with dr in the US he said i might have to live with it the rest of my life. What he said just hit me hard.

How much did you lengthen? I am thinking about doing 4cm in my tibias. I am worried about this.

Hmm i see many ppl say rehab is key to recovery. What kind of exercise do u do? Do u regret the surgery?

Doctors are still humans and misdiagnosis/lack of knowledge is pretty common. That's why it's so imperative that you meet different Doctors ( especially someone that might have a specialization - maybe an Orthopedist? ) so you can get different recommendation and a possible treatment.

Also, I had shin splint around 2 years where it prevented me walking more than 15 - 20 minutes without resting for like a month, but it magically went away one day. Maybe your leg stiffness is also an random encounter and maybe you just need to give it more time/exercise, but again better to get a proper diagnosis with multiple opinions from different Doctors.

I hope my case is the same and muscle stiffness will go away
