How much height should I aim to increase if my height is 169cm and wingspan is 170cm?
Will I be limited because of my short wingspan?

5cm are never bad. at 1,75 you would already be considered normal. go 5-6cm and call it a day imo.
Honestly just wear some soles for a while to see the effect. And then you can decide if 5cm are enough.
