Well I don't know about the States right now, but some countries when doing cosmetic surgery, they don't use stem cell treatment. Some countries are also not allowed to perform LL on people who want to be taller.

Some drugs aren't. Several years ago I heard that dental bone grafts are much more expensive if you can even get them at all, although that could have changed by now. I also read an article about a rich Chinese guy who had cancer in his spine and was going to have to get it cut out, but he was able to afford to go the US to get it zapped and was able to avoid paralysis.

I meant other technologies that contain cosmetic surgery. Not just antiaging....
It doesn't mean that we will live forever. We still can die of natural cause. We just have the choice to live much longer.
