With cloth its not a problem. I am only 162 cm or 5.3  My proportions, 167cm + 5-10cm? (PIC) My proportions, 167cm + 5-10cm? (PIC) My proportions, 167cm + 5-10cm? (PIC)  my target is added 15cm or 6 inch.

Do you think for Limb Lengthening Surgery ??

reaching the 15cm theoretically is possible if you separate in 7.5cm + 7.5cm in each follow.
but that will depend on your muscles and tendons because 15cm is a very high size. 5'3 to 5'10.
Do you have good flexibility? Do hard stretches daily? if you do not have good flexibility these days you will not reach the desired size.
to help you need to start a daily stretching routine, to extend your elongation capacity, and I'm not talking about basic stretches, it's maximum stretches even have a goal to reach your maximum, try doing yoda hahah or things like that.
this will ensure that you get to reach the 7.5cm in femur and tibia when doing the surgery.
otherwise the tendons will reach the maximum at 4cm and you will have to stop, because when you pass the 4-5cm it is difficult to bend the knee, the achilles tendon is super extended.
