To ankle it’s 77 cm to floor it’s 80 cm hope that helps

Same as in germany. I feel the same way, I have the same height as you. But people around here living in other countries and don't quite understand it. They are convinced that we are wrong about knowing the average height in our country because they only have read the numbers on a piece paper.

I agree at 178.5 cm it wouldn’t really do much for you if you went and lengthened 5-6 cm then you’d end up around 6’0 which is the average in Germany and Holland
