So im interested in a leg lengthening but im unsure how my proportions will look after. Should i go for the femur or tibia based on these pictures?
My height is 163cm and my armspan is 170cm(bad or good?)

Quote from: Body Builder on July 28, 2017, 12:24:36 PMYou have a little longer tibias than usual compared to femurs.
So doing femurs is the best for you
I was thinking the same. How much is possible to gain through LL? im 163cm so reaching around 175cm would require the tibia to be lengthened as well i suppose?

173 sounds great, everything close to 170cm would be a game changer in my life i believe.
