Hi guys, I'm going to be going through the lengthening process soon, I still need to fully decide if I will go over tibia or femur.
I plan only on lengthening 5-6cm and for me, that will be good enough.
However, I do need to get some perspective on how my proportions are since I have quite short arms and legs but a long torso, also my feet are big for my height.
The following pictures are left to right normal - tibia - femur

I need to get back to my doctor around Monday so I'm counting on yall!
Thanks for the input!
I'm afraid my tibias will look too long for my height after 5cm even though they are quite short, so until now my first instinct was going to do femur, but I've been second-guessing myself.
Thank you guys for coming to give your takes; I have heard conflicting opinions on which segment makes you "look taller", some people say that its the femur because your hands are compared to the distance to your knees, some people say its the tibias because your knees will be farther from the ground and it also makes your arms look longer.
I just don't want to look too disproportional, I will still be short (just not THAT short) after LL, do any of you know if it's common for a shorter man to have a longer tibia or femur? I have always thought about doing femur though recently I'm biased towards tibias because my arms are also short.
In the end, I will be getting x-rays this Monday to know for sure my measurements, so far at home, I've measured something like 32-33 tibia and 39-41 femur.
Sitting height is 88cm, around 54% of my total height, so that isn't a problem at all for me at least.
