Especially for those who are past puberty? Pretty sure that even if you're 25 there should be a way to push out at like an inch. Maybe stretching or some supplements? Thoughts or is this all a fantasy, and CLL is the only way?

I am 25 but for the younger people - was told at 15 if I would play basketball I would get taller from all the jumping. Is it true? I was like 5'8 back then and not sure if I would grow 3+ inches if I'd do basketball. Still wasn't sedentary (doing gym and eating healthy, did smoke a bit though) but curious if I could stun the growth somewhat. Obviously no one can be perfect but it bothers me that I'm 1 inch away from my minimum goal height
