Especially for those who are past puberty? Pretty sure that even if you're 25 there should be a way to push out at like an inch. Maybe stretching or some supplements? Thoughts or is this all a fantasy, and CLL is the only way?

More like 20. Very few people could grow all the way till 25.

I am 25 but for the younger people - was told at 15 if I would play basketball I would get taller from all the jumping. Is it true? I was like 5'8 back then and not sure if I would grow 3+ inches if I'd do basketball. Still wasn't sedentary (doing gym and eating healthy, did smoke a bit though) but curious if I could stun the growth somewhat. Obviously no one can be perfect but it bothers me that I'm 1 inch away from my minimum goal height

Surgery is the only way to get significantly taller and stay that way.

You'll be lucky to get even 1/4 or 1/2 an inch by stretching, and you'll lose that height again when you stop doing it so much.

If it helps people at least to some degree, it's worth trying it. Everyone should try out stretching and glucosamine and possibly wearing lifts just to see how they benefit from it physically and mentally (because you can also feel short, or not short, mentally) before underdoing an endeavour like LL.
