Lost the info to my old account, but I’ve been a follower of this forum for years, since I was 19. I’m currently 23 and want to do cll this year. I am 167cm, everything else in life is going good and I feel my height is my only real flaw in my life. I am satisfied financially, with how I look, have been in a good relationship for the last couple years, etc. I wear 1’ lifts with shoes. I currently have about 60k usd saved up, but do not want to use the majority of my savings on one thing.
Would you guys recommend to just bite the bullet and pay for precice or stryde with giotikas? Or have it done with LATN/LON somewhere cheaper but still have a lot of experience like parihar or solomin Leonid or halil buldu. I posted previously but received no reply. Please give me your advice or opinion on this.
If your main focus is paying less then go for the cheaper option but we all know you get what you pay for im sure your going for Dr.G because his experience is pretty good and cheaper then USA doctors . But to answer your question about "biting the bullet" if your really worried about spending so much then id say invest your money although the market is curling up there are stocks that are still on the move up if your on tight time schedule then i dont know what to say it'll be a bit late to think of any alternative option . Whatever you do wishing you the best of luck
Yes I was thinking of doing LON on femurs. I believe halil buldu offers it for around 16-17k

His experience is good but not as much as parihar or solomin leonid, although I would definitely rather have it in Greece rather than Russia or India (they appear safe to tourists on google besides pickpockets) because it seems a lot cooler than living in the cold or India (no offense intended)
However he seems OP, 23k euros for externals seems a bit over priced compared to other doctors of his caliber, and he’s about 20k less than mahboubian but factoring in travel expenses he is not that far off tbh.
Not sure if it’s because usd is not as strong as euro
That’s the reason I mentioned I don’t want to spend that much on it as I’ve gotten older. That 50k I spend will be worth double or triple within the next five years
I’m fighting myself on whether to get it done cheaper or just pay it, but I don’t really want to wait at this point. My main problem is if I pay that amount I am losing more than 50k as I already do stocks on top of my work and know that i could turn that 50k into 80-100k within 3 years. For instance if I wanted to invest 50k in PENUMBRA today it would be worth at least 70k-80k by end of the year instead of dumping that money into the surgery.
Seeing how many patients in Greece are saying how nice and friendly everyone is that is something to compare to the other countries but i havent read anyone say that they have been robbed but again you never know. Honesty i dont think anyone can really decide what you want to do with that amount of money its not a little bit. But i would ask what would you regret more?
Growing old and regret not trying and keeping the money for other things that dont compare to being taller , not buying the stocks and doing the LL and missing out on PEN moving to a NH or worse the doctor mess up (As a trader whos learning i can tell we all have one story of a stock that we called out that then sky rocketed without us) going cheaper is a option also , or investing and making or losing (God forbid) money and wasting years not doing LL and having no money to do it (Dr.G has increased his price in the past im not sure if he will again something to keep in mind also) or gaining more money but not being younger to enjoy the benefits of being younger with LL (Even though there are some older gents who have done LL and are happy and healthy) .. Which ever regret scares you the most there you go.
Im 22 and this is something I myself will have to face when im in that range of money since the amount i have for LL is in the market now too. Again I hope you end up happy with which ever choice you make friend .. Hope this helped
Stryde is the game-changer. Recovery is much faster and fewer muscle damages during distraction. It sounds like you've already decided to do LON because you don't want to spend all your money. You just want some people to agree with you to rationalize your ideas. Remember that you only have one pair of legs. Unable to walk for many months will mentally destroy you.

Definitely true. I would also even say that Precise 2 would be the alternative.
I heard Stryde Parihar in Mumbai is cheaper and might be a good option.
But here is what I've heard:
- be careful what foods you eat in Mumbai to prevent stomach virus
- see if there are any immunizations you can get against stomach virus/malaria/other diseases in Mumbai
- Get a long stay discount to stay at 3 star hotel, the staff there can help you while you are lengthening
- Maybe consider wearing face mask/face shield/gloves even after covid b/c people who haven't lived in India tend to get diseases there more, be careful what you touch
- Its cheaper than Greece by maybe 10k$ or more all things considered
- After covid, make sure to ride in first class if you take the metro in Mumbai (pushing/shoving according to the vid below probably not great for a guy with broken legs)
Tell us how it goes and come back w/ a diary if you go w/ Parihar or Giotikas

Eh not really, it would suck very bad but in my life I’ve been through some pretty bad situations and I pushed through it. Fractured my hip in a car accident getting hit by a drunk driver, broke my nose in high school during wresting and had surgery to correct a deviated septum, and was pistol whipped and fractured my orbital socket during an armed robbery at work which resulted in me not being able to see for weeks. Of course people forget the pain, same reason why I kept getting more tattoos. Every time I tell myself I’ll never put myself through this suffering again and then find myself forgetting why it was so terrible. I think as humans we only can pinpoint how bad something terrible really is why we’re going through it.
Anyways I don’t really want other people to agree with me, and my mind isn’t completely set on it. Just trying to see if it’s really doable or not. I would have my wife with me to help me through it.
But like can you use a walker to walk short distances? With LON, if you do everything correctly is it a high success rate? I wouldn’t sacrifice money for a method that would cause a bigger failure, but I would rather pay less for something if it is do-able with a high success rate. I could go 70 days without walking I would think, I went slightly over a month. Sure it does suck and affect you mentally, but I was really just fishing to see if anyone who’s done it or has more knowledge on it thinks that it’s a safe method for someone that would have a personal helper with them the duration of the time
