for 160cm ur arms look long thats interesting since ur height is 169. must have narrow shoulders. and u should start a diary. solomin diaries are very needed here

I think tibial lengthening might make the arms look less obviously short than femoral lengthening because your arms still cover more of your leg down to the knee

5CM either fems or tibs won't make such a mess of proportions.

 Although lengthening the tibs does make the legs look longer because the knee is much highier

You look great dude! I'd honestly stop at 4cm on tibias.

You'll look even more great after your lengthening when you start putting on muscle mass!
