No homo - pull up your underwear higher on your femurs just a tad. Underwear like those make your femurs look shorter.

Since I am only wearing underwear like this, this is how my femurs will look most of the time.

How tall are you right now ? I dont know how to do the photo of fotoshop but I can tell u that based on the initial photos u provided, your legs do not seem long relative to your torse and I think 4-5 cm through one surgery or 8-10 through two are totally achievable.

I am 171 cm tall. And in fact I always thought that my femures are pretty short. They always look as long or even shorter than my tibias

I think you should def do your tibias, 5cm seems a good start, if your legs tolerate it and u have time I guess u can go up to 6 but no more need help with mock up

Tibias? I think that I might do better with femurs in terms of aesthetics... Since my femurs are short compared to my tibias.. No?

I am sorry that is what I meant :)Yeah, if you are gonna do Femurs you can then aim for 6-7 cm imo, you will basically achieve average height need help with mock up
