Need help with my mock up

I'm wanting to do a 7.5 cm on Tiba and 7.5 cm on femur for a grand total of 15cm.

I was told it's possible but I'd like to see what it looks like. If anyone can do a photoshop that's be awesome.

I'm 5'4, and after doing some research on this page I've realized that 15cm is possible, but a bad idea.  I'm leaning more towards 8cm on femur and 5cm on tiba.  If I can hit the 5'7 mark I'll just wear lifts in my shoes to get me to 5'9. I think 3'' is more realistic.
