Hey guys, long time lurker (5 yrs). Have probably read every post on this and old forum. All along I thought I could beat this issue, but nope! Anyways I am 178cm at night and ~179.8cm in the morning. I have a 187-188cm wingspan. Now to start I am NOT doing this for GIRLS.... I am doing this because I always felt uncomfortable in my own body. I have always felt legs are too short for my upper body (43% and change). Money will not be the issue here (not that I am rich) so I just need honest opinion on proportion. I am looking for what you guys think will be aesthetically better 5cm on tib or 6.5 on fem. Thanks guys and please no lose weight comments.

-blah

PS: please be open minded as we all have our own issues with this.
PSS: please excuse the black bars covering tattoos
PSSS: options are guichet internals or maybe dr m external tibs

Definitely do LL in the femurs. 5cm femur looks perfectly fine with you imo.

I think your femur mock up looks great, one of the best I've seen. Tibia... Less so.

I assumed it was 5cm. You could easily do 6.5cm on femurs, maybe even the full 8 if your internals allow it.
You have excellent proportions for doing femurs, the way I see it.

Ya I have always felt I had short femurs for my frame. I wont really know until i get xrays. But LL is no joke and I this is one thing I don't want to become greedy about. I have told myself 5cm max on tib or 6.5 on fem. Even fem I would do 5cm first and see how that goes. If proportionately looks good and I legs feel good I will go for the 6.5.

Don't do tibias. Your femurs are clearly shorter, do femurs.
Unless you can't afford internals.

I would be careful because your arms do not look very long. Your 188CM wingspan probably comes from shoulder width. I am the same height with a 186CM wingspan and slightly wider shoulders, but a slimmer build. Your shoulders and large frame definitely allow you to pull off lengthening very well. But be aware that it won't take that much for arms to start looking short, if you care about that. For example, when I wear lifts to reach 187, my arms do look a bit shorter than those of people naturally that height. I don't know to what degree people notice that, but it'll be that way for life after LL, so make sure your aware of it.
