Opinions on my proportions?

Hello all

I am looking to get 5cm done on my tibias. The pictures show how I would look AFTER surgery, 5cm.

Current height: 170cm
Post surgery: 175
Wingspan: 171

How would my proportions look?

You really should have done a before and after pic but i wouldn't go for it if i was you from the pics you have both very short arms and a short torso which makes it look bad your best to do the pictures in ur underwear just because ppl can get a better view on how you look with LL surgery bt based on those pics i would avoid it if i were you your arms look really really bad with it some ppl can get away with it more then others for example someone who has a wingspan of say 178cm 5'10 could probably get away with lengthening 10 cm because natuarally they already have longish arms akso added muscle can make it look better.

Ignore the a$$ below, you look great. I would not take a second glance of suspicion, everything looks moderate.

Despite 171cm wingspan, you have wider shoulders and shorter arms. But this is how you are and okay.
In your wider pants, I wouldn't suspect LL even with my trained eyes.
In your slimmer pants however, you don't look that proportionate.
The reason is not your arms, but the contrast between a slim looking lower body and a chubby looking upper body (I'm not saying you are fat!)
If your upper body was slimmer looking, you could also wear those slim pants without making me suspect LL.
