If money isn't an issue, who would you choose between the Europe Paley Institute in Warsaw and Dr. Giotikas in Greece?
My goal is to get the full 8 cm in the femur and come back to 100% of my sport capacity after 12–18 months.
I'm an athlete already very flexible, but will prepare even better for the surgery.
Also, if you feel they are better options that those two in Europe, please let me know.
Paley European Institute VS Dr. Giotikas
Unrealistic to get a 100% recovery. 90-95% is more realistic

It might be unrealistic but possible. I am 14 month after my surgery and don’t have any restrictions anymore. I can run, jump and walk normally. I am only afraid of playing soccer or exercising with to much weight as long as my roods are still in but probably it might work as well.

Tl;dr
You are not 100%.
Report back in a year. Maybe you will be, maybe you won't be.

If Paley doesn't operate on you or at least be in the surgery room, then it doesn't matter how.the imstitute is called to get you extra money.
Go for Giotikas. And of course don't expect to be 100% after LL no matter what you do. Moreover after even 18 months you would still have the internal rods inside your bones so you won't be even close to your potential which will still be about 90% after 8 cm.
Maybe my expectation are unrealistic on the recovery.
My real question is who is the safest doctor to go to in Europe?

Then its Dr. Giotikas because thats the WB option
I’m thinking of choosing dr giotikas to do precice 2 on my tibias to get 5cm but i don’t think u would recover 100% since u r lengthening too much on one bone i read a lot of articles and all them said up to 5cm is a low risk and anything above have way more chance of complications and extra surgeries so that’s why i wanna get only 5cm and on my tibias cuz i like long tibias lol
Choosing tibias over Femurs is simply stupid...
