Hey guys, I’m not able to visit a professional physio therapist at the moment. However I would like to do it to the best of my abilities at home. I’m 1 week post op.

The only excercise I’m doing right now is calf stretches with a special foot strap, which I got from amazon. Can anyone recommend any other excercises?

From a standing position with your knees locked and your elbows bent at 90 degrees (humerus vertical, radius/ulna horizontal, make a light fist, with the backs of your hands facing outward), lean forward at the waist, without arching your back, and try to put your forearms on the seat of a chair.  Works best if you have an adjustible-height chair.

I think the so called preparation exercises in the PDF in this
page also apply to rehab. You only need an elastic

Some helpful stretches by Cyborg4Life for tibia lengtheners are at 6:30 and 10:15. The part at 10:15 uses a slant board.
