Don’t worry to much about wingspan sometimes they can actually be a bit shorter for example my friend who is 5’8.5-5’9 has a wingspan of 170

To prepare for the operation I'm currently do the gym and yoga (daily both). I need to stretch a lot and build mass in upper region.
I think once muscles tend to show on torso, those proportions would look like a little bit better.
I never say no to the arm lengthing, but if that can be avoid, i would avoid that. Four operations on legs (nails in in femur, nails in tibia, nails out femur, nails out tibia) are more than enought.
Mi minimum goal is 10,5 cm total real gain (i tend to have long femur 46,4cm vs short tibia 35,8cm) so I need to split height gain evenly between two segments.

Vary smart way of looking at it bro hopefully it goes well for you yeah building muscle can be a vary good way to make the proportions look better
