Looks good, broad shoulders, you should add some muscle before surgery. You can lengthen to 6' 1" if you want as no one notices proportions except some people here!
P.S. Too much fabric on your shorts, must be warm like hell!

9 cm on femurs pus 8 cm on tibias... youll never walk normally again
aim for 7

167.5cm I missed that! Crimson is right 5'10 to 5'11'' should be the max.
