Based on the reality that he's talked to more surgeons than anyone on this forum, and works in the medical field, I'm inclined to believe and trust him. I highly doubt he would lie.
Lol so much conjecture and wrong info. Turkey overall is a safe place to get LL. By the looks of it it just one or two haters with multiple accounts trying to troll or to advertise other doctors.

Not my doctor but it wouldn't matter if I told you my experience anyway any positive thing about turkey just gets labelled fake. It's obvious by the racist comments and conjecture in this forum has a lot of trolls.
No one is saying Turkey is necessarily bad.
The problem is that the chances of complications happening are higher in turkey than other places.
There may be good doctors in Turkey too but you can't be sure.
Complications can happen even with Paley but the number of bad diaries from Turkey are very high and that means you can't risk it.

We may not know if all Turkish surgeons are bad but we know for sure that Doctors like Buldu, Yuksel Yurttas, Oç are garbage.

And those are the """top""" surgeons in Turkey that do cosmetic Limb Lengthening, which is why Turkey has a terrible reputation.
If the top Doctors in Europe were butchering people left and right, then logically, wouldn't Europe have a bad reputation?
I know the Turkish clinics are active on social media and this forum and do astroturf, so there's a mix of that and Turkish nationalists that refuse any sort of valid criticism.

This companies and doctors on this list only advertise their good patients. You don't know about their bad patients. There are many cases that have not been written in this forum. I talked to many people living in Turkey who were disabled. Most of them have returned to their home country for treatment such as Korea Japan China. Even having surgery on any doctor other than these doctors in Turkey will increase your success rate. In addition, the companies and doctors on this list have many advertisements on this forum and on places like Instagram. They do a lot of advertising to make money, they are dancing, it's funny 
Doctors who do not advertise are of good quality. because it doesn't need advertising. Personally, if I had surgery in Turkey, I would prefer DR Mustafa Gokhan Bilgili, who is in the same video of Dr. Lee and Dr. Paley (see Dr. Lee's video in my previous posts).
Also don't believe in stupid things like 10cm. All of the doctors on the list you should stay away from don't care about you and even if you want to lengthen 10 cm, they'll tell you okay. A good doctor won't let you do that. I know you are obsessed and want to go too more lenthening. But the truth is bitter. 10 cm is impossible. Also, LON femur is torture. If you're going to do a lon, make sure to do a tibia. I recommend Paley and Dr Lee outside Turkey. But for Turkey, as I said, any doctor can be outside of this list.
If you are going to be in an alternative country other than turkey, my only suggestion is DR Lee and DR Paley. If you are sure for Turkey DR Mustafa Gokhan Bilgili. Or any doctor not listed above. If you will be in another country, do not go because the price is cheap, then you will regret it and you will pay a lot of money to rehab.

Also stay away from countries like egypt - iran - india - greece - armenia - russia
