I am a 21 year old 163cm male, I have been dealing with my short height for quite some time, I was wondering if any one has or knows anyone who has experienced growth spurt after 21. I don't mind a LL but I want to gain a few cm's naturally if possible. It really hurts that people consider obesity as an illness and height as psychological disorder, it's quite the opposite, I tried to be alright with my height, I did. But whenever I look into the mirror or meet someone who is considerably taller I feel insecure and ashamed. As people say first impression matters. I am afraid after the LL surgery I will still be short. Does anyone know any fascinating development in the field of height growth. It's like a bad dream that I will never wake up from. Most of my time goes researching on the Internet but all of it goes in vain cause most of the sites are either hoax or just blatantly deny the possibility, I mean isn't there a silver a lining for us?
