You transfer from wheelchair to toilet seat and back.

It took me about a week to be able to get to that points. First week I used a bed pan. Was in too much pain to be able to go from bed to wheelchair. I think my experience with pain during the first week post surgery was on the high end compared to most patients though.

Like u can make a couple of small steps to get to the toilet or u have to like use ur hands as if ur legs were paralyzed ¿

You cant take steps without a walker or a wheelchair. So you have to get close to the toilet as possible and then you have to lift your body with your arms mostly and transfer yourself to the seat. You can use your legs for balance while doing so but you cant give any weight so Its close to being paralyzed.
