Quote from: taffyboi on January 29, 2024, 10:59:22 PMI asked Paley Institute about the price of the new PMax Nail. They said that the expected price increase in 5000usd PER NAIL. So, the price of femur lengthening will go from 95,500 -> 105,500. It’s kinda insane considering limbplastx increased their price by only 3000usd total.

Pmax doesnt worth that kind of money imho... at least not for now!! If FDA approves it for more weight bearing, then yes, it would.

Off topic, may I ask how old you were when you did CLL? I'm in 30s and want to go the route you did (LATN tibs/Internal femurs). Sooner the better I know. But had to ask 🙂. Thanks for sharing btw.

I am in my 30s (like you). I think it is a good age to do CLL.

Feel free to send me a PM here, if you wish. Might be easier to talk that way.

Agreed. The Paley prices are insane, especially given how he doesn't even do most of the surgeries himself nowadays due to age. Should probably change the name to The Paley Marketing Institute  Precise Max nail pricing?
