I’d say you look a little eggy but well within normal for most eyes. Your arms are a bit short but no ones really gonna notice and hey you’re 6’1 so who gives af!  Proportion thoughts . Post surgery

I'd be more interested to hear about your physical state, 4 years after the procedure. Any aches or pains, how your mobility is, etc.
