what I meant by quadrilateral is you get 4 segments done whether its 3 weeks apart, 6 months or 1 year. Yeah staging the procedures 1 year apart would be the best option for pt and recovery.

Ok that makes sense, I always interpreted it to mean getting all four segments done at once.
