I plan on going 180 cm to 192 cm through concurrent bilateral lengthening. How will my proportions look?

These are my current proportions:

Height 180 cm
Wingspan 180 cm
Sitting Height/Torso Length ~ 97-98 cm
Leg Length ~ 81-82 cm

Leg Length / Height
81/180 = 0.45
Short Legs

Sitting Height / Height
97/180 = 0.55
Long Torso

Is a 10 cm difference in terms of wingspan/height noticeable especially considering my torso is 55% longer than my legs?

I did a little bit of math to balance out my torso/height and it seems that AFTER my surgeries, my proportions will be more balanced.

Current:

Leg Length / Height
81/180 = 0.45
Short Legs

Sitting Height / Height
97/180 = 0.55
Long Torso

------------------------------

After 12 cm lengthening:

Leg Length / Height
93/192 = 0.49

Sitting Height / Height
97/192 = 0.50
