My torso is really big but my limbs are relatively short. I think my legs could use maybe 8-9 cm extra but that would make my arms short. If I lenghten to 185 CM my arms would havve to be 2 cm longer to be in proportion. Does anyone know of a way to do that?

Humerus lenghtening seems doable but very expensive and time consuming (never mind how inconvenient it must be).

Look up "x10 - External Humerus - Dr. Dror Paley - 2010 - My Arm Lengthening Experience" on the old forum.

This poll seems to be an implicit way to make members divulge their penis lengths, lol...

Is that 2cm on each arm? In my opinion, it is better to live with the disproportion, especially at such a small amount. Spending the money and taking all the possible risks and time lost doing arm lengthening should only be reserved for the likes of Apotheosis, who needed to add like 15 cm to make himself look decent.

Yes but they should ideally be 4-5 cm longer if I were 185CM. I figured that since my arms are 2 cm short for my height already and they look good. To keep that ratio they would need to be 2 cm longer for 185 and 4 cm longer if I were 190.

actually the correct ratio is 1.023 for arm length.

so for 185 cm tall, you would need a arm reach of  189.25 to have perfect proportions.

humerus lengthening is the only way. what is your current arm reach?

What do you all think of having a humerus that's noticably longer than the forearm but having arms of overall normal length relative to height, versus having short arms but normal humerus to forearm proportions? I plan on being 188 with a 185 or 186CM arm span. My humerus is already slightly longer than my forearm, so 3-4CM lengthening on each humerus would make them noticably longer than my forearms.

I sometimes think its ridiculous to talk seriously about arm lengthening before getting leg lengthening, but it's definitely an interesting topic to discuss and it's good to know one's options should longer arms become a desire down the road.

the humerus is suppose to be larger than the forearm.

same thing for almost all animal species.

Are you talking about wingpan? Mine is 174 CM about 5 cm less than my height. My arms are 75cm which is in the normal range however but to keep that range they need to be longer.
