Hi Everyone.
I've lurked around on this forum for quite a bit, and I'm aware what I'm going to say goes strongly against the grain of what accepted knowledge is here.
With that said, I'll make this quick.
Me: 19M, 5'7", 145lbs, wingspan 6', can afford to burn $700k, current LBR: 0.52
I want to opt for Paley's Option 5:
4cm Femur + 4cm Tibia -> 1 Year Timeskip -> Re-break, 4cm Femur + 4cm Tibia
Totalling 16cm (6.3inch).
Dr. Paley states that separating both these procedures by a year would allow soft tissues, with the proper PT and Nutrition, to heal well, allowing the next surgery to be well-tolerated (well, at least when compared with someone who'd do all of it at once).
I'm aware Apotheosis did 20cm, and I have no intentions of going that far.
I believe my proportions should be okayish. I've uploaded a picture of an artificial mockup.
How realistic is this goal? Will my young age improve my outcome? One of my hobbies is mountaineering and I want to be able to do that after LL. Will that be possible?
Thank you!

I have a consultation scheduled for next year.
I am concerned - for the most part because I believe Dr. Paley hasn't done Option 5 much, due to its incredible cost.
When he has lengthened great amounts, it has mostly been in patients with achondroplasia, who have plenty of muscular reserve slack to tolerate the lengthening.
Given that I am not achondroplastic, I am worried about range of motion and tightness in the future.
Mountaineering requires great flexibility and endurance - traits that have suffered in people doing LL.
Normally I'd let the idea go - but what makes me unsure is the staggered lengthening. I intuitively believe that the staggered lengthening will allow for much better recovery, and that I can regain athletic functioning afterwards (maybe copium, that's why I wanted 2nd opinions)
Thank you!
Sry bump
