2. What situations did you find them to be most useful?

3. Sometimes after I use ice packs for pain, I sort of wonder "wait should I use some warm packs later before I do stretching/exercising? Don't want some lingering cold in the legs still.."

4. What situations did you originally think they'd be useful but actually ended up not being useful?

Was thinking about using those microwaveable ones when I go back to the USA, not sure if what's good or if there are better ones
