The most important thing is the choice of doctor. 5cm is low risk but honestly I would wonder why doing the surgery for 5 cm, don’t get me wrong it’s something but you can gain that much height with lifting shoes as well.

Once your on the 2 inch mark it makes a massive difference trust me.
