I am currently doing tibias LON, not sure if I should stop or continue.LL veterans who lengthened to 7cm, hows your experience with recovery? Did u wish u did less or are u glad to do 7cm?

That guy talking out of his butt like he has done LL. Almost every patient there doing LL say that femur is far more painful, even on internals. Tibias is the way to go for more tolerable lengthening.
