small legs big torso

so i was thinking about getting LL since my legs look small asf compared to my torso, what do u guys recommend was thinking 13cms or 16cms for aesthetic look

my stats are

height 177cm
wingspan:189cm (wide shoulder tall hands looks like conner mcgregor)
inseam: 82cm

my tibia is diff shorter than my femur

Based on the stats u r good to go for 13 in two separate surgeries👍🏼
