Because I am 5'4.5 and I have a very small frame, I guess my biggest fear of doing this surgery was looking like I am on stilts. However, this guy is 5'3, and I photoshopped ~4 inches onto his legs and with his post-bodybuilding body he looks 100% fine (well, at least with pants on lol).

Him before he worked out
Some hope for guys under 5'5

Him after working out for a year
Some hope for guys under 5'5

Him after simulating 4 inches of LL
Some hope for guys under 5'5

It's not optimal, and in clothes he'd probably have the same frame as a regular 5'7 dude who doesn't work out. But hey, at least it's possible. A lot better looking than the nightmare scenario I had in my mind lol. Super relieving to know that even under 5'5 you can still LL + body build and look very aesthetic.

It's also easier to get ripped if you're short.

Just have better taste in tats than that guy.

he looks pretty tall after photoshop. I have a theory having muscular traps gives a illusion of being taller

Being buff in general will help. Im sure program dude looks taller than 5 11 due to physique. It gives an illusion lile horizontal shirts that youre taller.
