You have any videos of you moving your feet and toes? Really doubt your nerves healed in 2 days. Nerves take months to heal.

But as you and we all know this is blatantly not the end of your journey, the marathon has just begun.
Through PT and years and years and years of work you will recover.
Even if you are not 180cm and only just 175cm it doesn't matter. You are now much taller than you were before, and that is your goal, and you accomplished it.
