I think you need to ask for a wheelchair service.  I also used this service although I was able to walk a little bit because I have Stryde nails.  It is better to be safe!!

Welcome to the small-tall club Meck (178cm-183cm). You can recover 100% after months of rigorous training. Just stay consistent and you will get better no doubt. Do you think Dr. Buldu would allow me to attempt 10-12cm Femur LON? You completed 9.4cm at ~165cm, but I am 178cm currently. Given my budget, my top two choices right now are Buldu or Kulesh in Russia.

lol why you asking this guy for advice. he literally regrets his surgery and is complete crippled 6 months post surgery. My guy can't even stand up at all, how's he gonna fix his ballerina foot? no dorsiflexion boots, nothing. just lengthen and keep lengthening until "I WIN". disregarding the 10 other LL veterans in this thread telling him to stop lengthening. at least "I WIN" right?

my guy wants to shorten 6 cm, then fking lengthen again. this is why doctors need to set realistic expectations for their patients BEFORE giving them the surgery.

you win Meck, you win at being disabled for minimum 2.5 years before you can even walk normally again  Soon femur LON in Istanbul

Theres different levels of drop foot.
At first i couldnt move my foot at all.
Few weeks later i could move my toes up and down and foot sideways.
1.5 months i could move my foot down
And slowly after that i started being able to lift the foot up like dorsiflexion.

Either way just give it time. DO NOT undo lengthening!
You will just cause more harm to your nerves. Your body just needs time to heal
