Congratz Meck! Your legs and height looks great but becareful and continue to your daily exercises, as you know from now on, most important thing is your physical therapy. I hope your achillies tendon is fine now. But also do not push your self too much since you had both upper and lower leg surgeries very closely. Give some time to your body to heal. Do not rush and be patient

For now i do 2 time per day exercise with physiotherapist
10 in morning and 5pm. We do hard all time and i stand up on heels but is very painful, need more exercise and i think will ve perfect, i have best doctor Halil, so im not worry about my process, most important when i stand up everybody in hotel think i play basketball ๐

Congrats for reaching this far, Meck! Please keep us updated with your recovery.
Hi Meck, were you able to go/drive/fly home after the first days past surgery?
Some general questions about this LON method:
If people do fly home to lengthen at home, are they using crutches, or a wheelchair?
If the LON nail with proper usage of the crutches can bear enough weight to walk around at the airport, what keeps people from flying home?
When I see uploaded videos of people who barely walk,
at what stage are they within the LL process that makes walking most difficult?
-> Is it during final lengthening, or right after the operation, or something else?
I'm just wondering whether lengthening at home is an option after the OP, and if yes, is it an option only for few people whose pain level is low for some reason?
I read that some lie in bed with little pain, so I conclude:
-> The nail with crutches is weight bearing,
-> the pain is low,
-> hence the patient can fly home.
Is this accurate?
