Sometimes I hear about "glucosamine and stretching" making you slightly taller (less than an inch) and it looks like glucosamine gives you a few mms at best. What about "stretching" though? I haven't seen anyone elaborate yet on which specific stretches they do.

I would be skeptical of any supplement or drug that claims to increase height, particularly after the epiphyseal plates have closed. Unless you are a pre-pubertal child taking HGH, there's not much you can do as a fully grown adult.

Although training your back muscles to assist in proper posture will help, if you have bad posture to begin with!
