Hi everyone,

I'm planning to undergo femur surgery with precice 2 or Stryde nail in the beggining of 2022, with Dr Giotikas.

My height is 1,49 cm (around 43-45kg, 24 years old, girl) and i heard for more petite adults it was possible that they can't use Stryde system (because of thin bones or too small bone canal).

Actually I would prefer use Stryde because recovery is faster, but considering i am a very short girl I'm worried that I can't.

So i would like to know if some of you (as short as me) had encountered this problematic, or if you know someone in the quite same situation.. which nail did they use finally ?

I'm also planning to do x-rays to make it clearer.

Thanks Stryde for petite adults

STRYDE is gone. with that weight you have an easier time if you can fit a thicker precice.
