I’ve noticed anecdotally a lot of very tall women get the majority of their height from their legs.

Is this something you’ve also noticed in men? I feel like no one would look twice at their proportions unless it’s someone obsessed on this forum. “ bro it’s so obvious they had LL” (ignoring obvious hindsight bias).

I don't remember where I saw the study but taller people tend to have a lower SHR than average, both men and women. However, I think it was a small difference, maybe 0.51 vs 0.52 SHR or something.
