You read a lot about how each of our bodies have their own natural limits for lengthening.

This made three specific questions pop up:

1. Has anyone in the history of LL (except very old patients, who are above 40), been unable to reach a goal of 5 cm?

2. Is there any way you can predict your lengthening limit, for example, by doing an all-round flexibility test or some kinda X ray?

3. What's a good way to assess your overall flexibility?

Let's discuss this with the Precice nail in mind, if that makes a difference to the discussion

(Based on my experience and nothing else)When you start getting problems like knee bend that won't straighten up and duck ass, you can start to worry about how your muscles are adapting to LL. It's very unlikely that you'll have these problems doing just 5cms with Precice 2 in femurs, unless there's some surgical mistake. My slight duck ass and knee bend happened around 6 to 6.5cms.
